How to change Skinny Body to Normal

Most of us think of is that our body should look like a beast with the shoulders raised and the arm raised. Some people though their body is bigger and make their body to smaller. Others, though think they are skinny and make their body to bigger.they are regret! after their much efforts.In this page I would like to give you the controls and steps to keep your fitness well.

  Only then can we open the door to success. This is only possible if you do some initial exercises followed by advanced physical exercises.

  Initially too much enthusiasm and after some days you will Feel lazy ,that means you are piercing the keys to success.

  No matter how many obstacles and difficulties you encounter, your interest should be like an anchor landing at sea.

How to change my Skinny body?

For that we need to change some Food methods and Workout methodes .
This means that those who are too skinny do not think that they will be bombarded with foods that contain too many calories. Such is the case for those who are already normal. But those who are very skinny need good fatty foods at an early stage. Do not think that cholesterol is more difficult, it can easily dissolve the fat after a while. It is therefore advisable to take good fat to stimulate muscle growth at an early stage.
Good calorie-rich foods such as

• Butter
• Avacado
• Cheese
• Cream cheese
• Farro
• Heavy cream
• Dark chocolate
• Dates
• Vegetable oil
• Olive oil
• Nuts
• Seeds
• Whole fat yogurt
• Seed butters
• Nut butters

These are should be taken. They help to loosen the barriers to muscle development and improve muscle growth. If you take these foods, people who are very skinny can promote their muscle growth well at an early stage.

Here is some exercises those banning the early stage of muscle growth.

• Jump lunges.
• Kettlebell swing.
• Dumbbell squat and press.
• Box jumps.
• Golf swing.
• Crunch squat.
• Dumbbell jacks shoulder press.
• Burpee.

You should not do such exercises. Doing these exercises can reduce the amount of fats in your diet, so you can do these exercises once you become somewhat obese. So don’t do this at an early stage.
